HEC alumnus (Class of 1993), Pierre Warin has spent 15 years in human resources management roles in companies, notably within RATP, the Alcan group, Microsoft France, and Groupe Ifop, where he served as Head of Human Resources and Legal Affairs for seven years.
Upon his admission to the Paris Bar in 2010, he joined the labor law teams at August Debouzy LLP, where he was Of Counsel for a clientele of French and international companies, both as an advisor and litigator in all areas of labor law: individual and collective labor relations, restructurings, business or activity transfers, employment protection plans, employee representative institutions, collective negotiations at company and industry levels, social audits, and internal investigations.
Pierre Warin established his own firm in 2015, developing a practice dedicated to labor law for employers within SCM Atticus Avocats, which became Melville Avocats in 2017. He practices advisory and litigation activities in labor law.
