Amélie Vidal joined Melville Avocats in April 2026 and advises on both transactional and litigation employment law matters.
Following initial in-house experiences in the insurance and food sectors, Amélie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018. She subsequently practiced within several independent Paris-based law firms, advising both companies and executives, as well as employees, on advisory matters and employment litigation proceedings.
Her practice focuses on individual and collective employment relations for both French and international clients, across the full spectrum of labor and employment law issues. She notably advises on the day-to-day management of employment relationships, collective bargaining, the implementation and operation of employee representative bodies, the mitigation of employment-related risks, and the representation of clients before labor courts and civil courts.
