Performance of Employment Contracts
There is often a gap between theory and practice, and many individual disputes involve assessing whether the effective performance of the employment contract has been carried out in compliance with the contract. Whether these differences are raised by the employee or by the employer, it is important to try to prevent them and, failing that, to resolve them. In this regard, we are particularly involved in:
- Mechanisms for monitoring employee working time, workload and the range of tasks;
- Warning schemes regarding working conditions and, in particular, harassment situations;
- Training or awareness-raising for managers;
- Performance appraisal policies and/or processes;
- Disciplinary proceedings.
