Pierre Chevillard

Pierre Chevillard advises and provides litigation support on all aspects of labor law for French and international clients in a broad range of sectors (including banking and finance, industry, services, healthcare, media).

He has extensive expertise in collective employment relations, including the management of employee representative bodies, collective bargaining agreements, company transfers, restructuring, social plans (“PSE”), and the organization and management of working time.

After being graduate from EDHEC Business School and before joining Melville Avocats in 2017, Pierre Chevillard previously worked in the employment law teams at Hogan Lovells as from 2012 and at August Debouzy as from 2014. In addition, he was seconded to Accenture’s in-house legal team in 2016. He was appointed partner of Melville Avocats on September 1st, 2019.
