Marine Giraud practices advisory and litigation activities in labor law.
She joined PSA Retail France as a trainee lawyer in 2017 and CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2018 before joining Ms. Chical’s firm, a law firm dedicated to defending employers, after being admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018.
Marine then joined the Labor department at Squadra Avocats in 2021 before joining Melville Avocats in February 2023. Throughout her career, Marine has worked with French and international clients, providing both advisory and litigation services in all areas of labor law: individual labor relations, collective bargaining, establishment and operation of employee representative bodies, restructurings, and individual and collective litigation.
