Camille Maurey provides advice and litigation support in employment law matters.
After working in the in-house legal department at LVMH for one year, Camille Maurey joined the firm Fromont Briens as a law clerk and then as an associate after being admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016. She later joined the law firm Fidere in 2017, specialized in employment law.
In the course of her work, Camille was involved in different areas of labor law, including individual employment relations, setting up Social and Economic Committees (Comité social et économique – “CSE”), individual and collective employee disputes and restructuring professional divisions.
Camille also advises and represents clients in disputes related to social security law, including social contributions for work-related accidents and illnesses, challenging the professional qualfication of an accident or illness, in particular before the URSSAF amicable settlement board (CRA).
