Structuring Social Dialogue
The successive labor law reforms put in place, particularly since 2013, have given considerably more weight to social dialogue within a company, with respect to both employee representative bodies and trade union organizations. It is now possible to tailor a certain number of parameters through collective agreements between groups, economic and social units (“UES”), companies or establishments. In particular, we advise on:
- Applicable collective bargaining agreement;
- Measures to tailor social dialogue (number and scope of separate establishments, number and distribution of employee representative mandates, conditions for recurrent or ad hoc consultations, conditions for appointed expert assignments, Social and Economic Committee Commissions, content of the Economic and Social Data Base (“BDES”).
