Pierre WARIN

Graduate from HEC Paris Business School, Pierre Warin spent 15 years working in-house and held various human resources management roles, including at the RATP Paris public transportation network, Alcan group, Microsoft France and Ifop, one of the French leading market research agencies, where he was the Director of Human Resources Director and Legal Affairs for seven years.

Following his Paris bar admission in 2010, he joined as Counsel the employment law team of the French law firm August Debouzy, where he assisted French and international companies on a broad range of labor law advisory and litigation matters, including individual and collective employment relations, restructuring, corporate and business segment transfers, social plans (“PSE”), employee representative bodies, collective bargaining agreements at the company and industrial branch levels, and employment law audits.

In 2015 Pierre Warin founded his own firm, which later became Melville Avocats in 2017, in which he has developed a practice focused on serving employers on employment law matters. He provides both employment law advisory and litigation support.
